I have been a regular Outlook user and my company deploys MS Exchange Server for managing our business communication via emails. The solution is to create a new Outlook profile.
2.Creating a new Outlook Profile
Go to Control Panel-> User Accounts-> Mail. Click Show Profile and select Add. Type the name of the profile to be created and click Ok. Follow the instruction and complete the process.
